Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for an on-site, full-time role located in Prayagraj. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating team tasks, driving process efficiencies, maintaining compliance with company policies, and facilitating effective communication between teams. The role also demands preparing operational reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting team development through leadership and mentorship.

- Experience in project coordination and operational management to streamline processes and achieve results.
- Knowledge of the local market and experience in consumer goods, real estate, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
