Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to deliver a refined, consultative in-store experience and assist clients in selecting engagement rings and fine jewellery. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to confidently handle premium, high-value purchases from consultation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with personalized jewellery consultations
- Understand client needs, occasions, and budgets to recommend suitable designs
- Present and explain natural diamonds, craftsmanship, and customization options
- Drive individual sales targets in a premium, high-ticket retail environment
- Build trust and manage the complete customer journey from inquiry to final purchase
- Maintain consistent follow-ups on leads, trials, and pending decisions
- Support store visual standards and ensure a luxury customer experience
- Record accurate client details, interactions, and orders in CRM
- Coordinate with backend teams for customization updates and delivery timelines
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, bridal, or premium retail sales
- Strong communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage confidently with premium clientele
- Interest in diamonds, jewellery styling, and customer consultation
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems, billing tools, and WhatsApp client communication
