Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Chennai. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with various teams, planning and executing project timelines, and ensuring the seamless delivery of digital education initiatives. The Assistant Manager will also mentor team members, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics to optimize project efficiency and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficient in project management, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines effectively
- Strong leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent analytical skills to track performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Proficiency in digital tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of technology-enabled learning platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the education or e-learning industry is beneficial but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
