Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thrissur for a Realtor Sales Associate. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market analysis to determine property values, showcasing properties to potential buyers, and negotiating deals. The Realtor Sales Associate will manage client relations, maintain up-to-date property listings, and stay informed about market trends, laws, and regulations in real estate.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Sales, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills to close property deals successfully and address client needs
- Market Analysis and Research abilities to evaluate property values and stay updated with real estate trends
- Organizational and Time-Management skills to handle multiple clients and property listings efficiently
- Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Proficiency in technology tools used for property management and communication
- Flexibility to work on-site and adaptability to client schedules
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Possession of a valid real estate license
