Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Jaipur. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily store operations, assist in staff management, ensure high-quality customer service, and drive sales performance. Additional responsibilities include managing stock, monitoring inventory levels, implementing in-store promotions, addressing customer queries, and preparing performance reports to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in team leadership, staff management, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in sales, inventory management, and retail operations
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of store merchandising and promotional strategies
- Experience in the retail or apparel industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and adapt to a dynamic retail environment
