Maruti Suzuki India Limited Business Unit Hansalpur plant was established in March 2014, aiming to secure production ability in preparation for the automobile market growth in India, as well as for expansion of exports from India. Plant A started operating in February 2017, and Plant B and Powertrain Plant in January 2019. In October 2020, MSIL- H became the fastest production site of Suzuki to achieve accumulated automobile production of 1 million units among the other plants of MSIL.
About the Role
We are looking for HR professional (Asst. Manager) position, to be a part of our growing team at Becharaji location. The person should have relevant experience in blue collar hiring, HR generalist role and ready to take challenges in a fast learning environment. The person will be responsible for hiring of blue collar manpower along with other related activities.
Desired Qualifications, experience and skills
- Should have a regular degree of MBA/MSW in HR or related subjects with reputed institute.
- The person should have hand on experience of 4 to 8 years with large manufacturing, automobile or heavy engineering company set-up.
- Have experience of HR generalist role and related activities including but not limited to recruitment, compliance, contract labour management and employee relation.
- Should able to handled bulk hiring of blue collar employees through ITI campuses or consultants or contractors.
- Early joiners will be given preference.
