Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager located in Kolar. The Assistant Manager will support operations, lead project execution, manage team performance, and ensure efficiency across various departments. Responsibilities also include supervising daily operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing processes for improvement, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting in achieving organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and oversee departmental activities effectively.
- Proven experience in project management and process optimization, with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, preparing reports, and implementing solutions to support operational strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the manufacturing or CNC industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
