Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Kalaburagi. The Assistant Manager will oversee project implementation, ensure timely delivery of program goals, and coordinate with various stakeholders, including government bodies, educational institutions, and program beneficiaries. Responsibilities include managing teams, preparing reports, conducting field visits, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for identifying challenges, developing solutions, and contributing to the overall success of the programs under their supervision.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, team coordination, and adherence to deadlines
- Experience in working with stakeholders such as government officials, educators, and partner organizations
- Effective communication skills, including report writing and presentations
- Ability to conduct field visits and assess program progress and impact on-site
- Proficiency in data analysis and basic technology tools to track program metrics
- Knowledge of the education sector and an understanding of policy and program design in India
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Management, or a related field
- Passionate about making a social impact through education and community development
