Major Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly rolling plan in coordination with Contract management and Engineering
- Weekly monitoring of all current orders and escalate the cases which are being delayed w.r.t. plan decided during KOM
- Material planning using various material planning tools to improve availability of material and reduce material shortages
- Coordinate with Purchase for daily shortages to adherer to monthly production plan and achieve monthly sales targets
- Close coordination with Subcontracting team for machined components to be processed from outside vendors
- Inventory control – Maintaining overall inventory as per annual business plan and liquidation of non-moving inventory and slow-moving inventory.
- Ensuring On Time Deliveries as per targets set by top management
- Submit MIS Reports to various stake holders within stipulated time
Requirement Profile
Formal education
: BE - Mechanical
Professional experience in years: 6 to 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing / Engineering industry
Functional Skills

- Excellent knowledge of SAP PP and MM Module
- Excellent Communication & drafting skills
- Presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Data Management
