Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Gurugram, India. The Assistant Manager will oversee operational efficiency, coordinate logistics activities, and manage supply chain workflows. Responsibilities include supervising teams, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing logistics performance, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulations, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Proficiency in logistics operations, supply chain management, and process optimization
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication and team coordination
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in logistics is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred
