Role Description
The Assistant Manager will perform key administrative, operational, and strategic duties to support the management and success of KAVACH's initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating projects across multiple programs, maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners, preparing reports and presentations, and participating in the execution of training, events, and workshops. The Assistant Manager will also manage timelines, ensure compliance with organizational protocols, and contribute to the development of campaigns that align with the organizational vision. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ambala.
Qualifications
- Project management and organizational skills to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, government bodies, and global organizations.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and operational plans.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, digital technologies, privacy, and AI ethics concepts is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning, workshop coordination, or educational initiatives is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Project Management, or a related field; a master's degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) is a bonus.
- A keen interest in community-driven initiatives and contributing to a secure and trusted digital future.
