Position: Assistant Manager – Communications & Community Activation
Location: Delhi-NCR
Industry: Nutraceuticals (Intimate & Hormonal Health)
We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead communications, B2B partnerships, and community activation initiatives.
Responsibilities - Identify and cultivate B2B partnerships with skincare clinics, salons, gyms, running clubs, and events in Delhi-NCR.
- Create and maintain a master data sheet of potential partners and contacts.
- Conduct 80% of outbound B2B sales calls, with strategic interventions as needed.
- Lead market research by partnering with local NGOs, conducting community-based product tests, and organizing public sampling booths in key urban spaces.
- Analyze feedback from these community engagements to refine activation strategies and product messaging
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field like Psychology ,Social work
- 3+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, and/or community engagement
- Proven ability in conducting market research and community activations.
- Exceptional communication and sales skills, with comfort managing direct calls and presentations.
- Ability to organize and activate events, fostering genuine community connections.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
