Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bavla for the position of Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will handle daily operations, ensure effective management of staff, monitor inventory levels, and maintain store compliance with company policies. Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, handling escalations, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth retail experience. The role requires active involvement in supporting operational excellence, training team members, and implementing strategic initiatives for business growth.
