Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Bhavnagar, supporting the day-to-day operations and customer service functions of the branch. Responsibilities include overseeing branch activities, managing and enhancing customer relationships, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and contributing to sales targets by identifying customer needs and cross-selling bank products. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong leadership and multitasking abilities, along with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in customer service, client engagement, and handling customer queries and feedback.
  • Ability to effectively manage branch operations, including transactions and adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Sales acumen with experience in promoting and cross-selling banking products and services.
  • Proficiency in using banking software, digital tools, and technology to support daily operations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • Previous experience in banking or customer service roles is advantageous.
