Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role at Hyatt Regency Bengaluru South. The Assistant Manager will oversee operational excellence, supervise staff, and ensure desired service standards are achieved on a daily basis. Responsibilities include managing departmental processes, training and mentoring team members, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally, contributing to business goals, and collaborating with leadership for continuous improvement in service delivery and operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, leadership, and staff supervision to drive performance
- Proficiency in operations management, problem-solving, and process optimization
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to maintain high-quality services and address guest needs
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Educational background in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with hotel management software is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and handle flexible schedules
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable
