Role Overview
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery. The role also involves coordination with design consultants, site teams, and stakeholders to maintain high standards in both care services and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Team Management
Supervise and manage staff to ensure efficient daily operations
Coordinate schedules and allocate resources effectively
Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction
Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
Design & Drawing Coordination
Prepare designs as per client requirements
Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP consultants
Review drawings for constructability and compliance
Ensure adherence to local authority norms, NBC, and IS codes
Prepare, review, and issue Good for Construction (GFC) drawings
Manage drawing revisions and maintain proper documentation
Site Coordination & Execution Support
Act as a liaison between design consultants and site teams
Provide technical clarifications and resolve site issues
Attend client, consultant, and contractor meetings
Support site teams with sequencing and method statements
Cost & Quantity Support
Assist in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
Support cost estimation and budgeting
Evaluate variations and coordinate with QS/billing teams
Assist in measurement and certification processes

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Effective communication and client relationship management
Problem-solving and decision-making capability
Basic knowledge of healthcare/senior care practices
Understanding of compliance, NBC, and IS standards

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/BE-Civil with 9-12 years of experience in residential construction
Experience in senior care services, construction coordination, or counseling (preferred)
