Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction, and maintaining hotel standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with departments to improve efficiency, resolving guest inquiries or concerns, supervising inventory and supplies, and assisting with strategic planning to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff coordination skills
- Customer service expertise with a focus on guest satisfaction and issue resolution
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and hotel standards
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and report generation
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality management, preferably at a hotel, is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
