JOB ROLE*
- Rewards & Recognition:
- Drive R&R programs to incentive high performance and boost employee morale.
- Create a comprehensive R&R dashboard and provide insights into R&R programs trends.
- Launch new R&R programs which aligns to organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies, drive awareness and participation through effective communication and promotional activities to maximize employee engagement on R&R portal.
- Wellness & Well-Being Initiatives:
- Initiate and implement wellness and well-being programs that foster positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Organize onsite preventive health camps, wellness & well-being sessions and wellness webinars.
- Content Specialist:
- Collaborate with vendors for flyers and creative requirement from HR teams.
- Prepare creatives and release internal communication for Job Posting (IJP, Job Posting Template, LinkedIn Posting) & Referrals schemes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Plan, manage, and execute Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to promote a high-performance culture across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze R&R program data and dashboards to track participation, impact, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate with HR and leadership teams to design new recognition initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Drive employee awareness and participation in R&R initiatives through internal communication campaigns and promotional activities.
- Organize and manage wellness and well-being initiatives, including health camps, webinars, and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create communication materials such as flyers, posters, and digital creatives.
- Manage and publish internal communication related to job postings, referrals, and HR initiatives across various platforms.
- Track feedback and participation metrics to continuously improve employee engagement programs.
- Ensure timely execution of HR engagement initiatives while maintaining process documentation and reporting.
MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED*
Mandatory Skills Required
- Masters Degree in Human Resources
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices
- Proven experience in HR, employee engagement or related areas and a focus on R&R, Wellness & Well-being areas.
- Proficiency in understanding of data and reports and prepare comprehensive analysis.
- Should have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, excel, create designs using Canva.
Desirable Skills
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, rewards & recognition programs, and HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills for internal HR communications.
- Ability to analyze data and create dashboards/reports for HR programs.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills with HR teams and vendors.
- Experience in organizing employee engagement events, wellness programs, or HR campaigns.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation tools.
- Creative mindset for designing communication materials and engagement campaigns.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced HR environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
