Role Description
The Assistant Manager role at Greenlam Industries Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will lead initiatives to enhance productivity, support staff development, and drive the achievement of organizational goals. The role also requires strategic planning, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high-quality execution of services in alignment with company objectives.

- Proficiency in client relationship management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Analytical thinking with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge in industry-related products and services, with an understanding of market trends in surfacing solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under deadlines
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in a managerial role within a similar industry is a plus
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools for reporting, planning, and analysis
