Role Description The Assistant Manager in Customer Development under Sales & Marketing Department will support the day-to-day operations and management of Clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Responsibilities includes monitoring performance against targets, and preparing reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will also contribute to process improvements, risk management, and adherence to safety and environmental protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranipet & Hosur
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong project coordination and operations management skills, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of environmental.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder communication and collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to Hazardous waste management and sustainability.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in environmental infrastructure, waste management, or industrial operations, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software, documentation, and reporting tools, along with strong organizational and time management abilities, is expected.
