Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri for an Assistant Manager in the Google Cloud Arcade Facilitator Program. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day program operations, managing and supporting program facilitators, and ensuring smooth program execution. Responsibilities also include maintaining a dynamic and positive learning environment, engaging with participants and stakeholders, and optimizing processes for effective program delivery. Additionally, the role involves analyzing program metrics and preparing performance insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Program coordination and management skills, including scheduling and supporting team operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both participants and stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to assess program effectiveness and support decision-making
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies is an asset
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize workflows
- Experience in training or mentorship is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
