Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Goldmedal, located in Tauru. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure operational goals align with the company’s objectives. Responsibilities include supervising routine tasks, driving efficiency in operations, assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, and maintaining quality standards. Interaction with cross-functional teams and fostering a positive work environment are also key components of the role.
