As we continue to expand our market presence and drive business growth, we are looking to bring on board an experienced a dynamic Assistant Manager Operations at our Ahmadabad location.
This key position will manage daily logistics operations, manage ASP relationships, optimize routing, handle escalations, and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end pickup and delivery; maintain SLAs with logistics partners; optimize routes for efficiency.
- Handle ASP inquiries and complaints; ensure compliance with customs regulations, and company policies.
- Manage export documentation, customs clearance (CSB, shipping bills, BOE), and warehouse operations.
- Lead operations team; monitor feedback; implement service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and align regional operations with company goals.
- Implement and improve company defined KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years in courier operations, logistics, or supply chain management; proven track record managing teams and ASP relationships.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficient in MS Office and logistics software.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments; knowledge of international shipping regulations and industry best practices.
