Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Assistant Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure production quality standards, and coordinate with different teams to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities include supervising team members, implementing efficient workflows, and collaborating with management to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals. - Familiarity with quality control standards and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector is a strong advantage.
