Assistant Manager – Facilities & Administration

About the Role
Gloplax Solutions is a fast-growing Global Capability Center (GCC) advisory firm helping world-class enterprises build and scale high-performance global teams. We're hiring an Assistant Manager – Facilities & Administration to own end-to-end workplace operations across our office locations. You'll be the single point of contact for everything facilities — from infrastructure and compliance to vendor management and employee experience — with direct visibility to senior leadership from Day 1.
What You'll Work On
- Lead end-to-end facilities operations including hard & soft services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, security, F&B, transport)
- Manage IFM vendors and service providers — drive SLA/KPI performance, conduct audits, and oversee invoicing and payments
- Oversee office fit-outs, relocations, and expansion projects ensuring on-time, cost-effective delivery
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance — Fire, Labor Laws, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment, Pollution Control
- Drive workplace experience initiatives, space planning, and employee satisfaction programs
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Administration, or Workplace Operations
- Proven experience managing IFM contracts, vendor negotiations, and SLA/KPI frameworks
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost optimization, and financial oversight
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Bonus Points: Experience in GCC or IT/tech office environments | Exposure to real estate and office fit-out projects | Certifications in Facilities Management (CFM, FMP)
