Role Description
FertiGlobal is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for an on-site role located in Khatima. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate team efforts, implement strategic initiatives, and drive efficiency within the assigned department. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, ensuring quality standards, managing staff, and contributing to the development of operational strategies to meet organizational goals. The candidate will also liaise with internal teams to optimize processes and provide reports to senior management on project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
- Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and using key metrics to monitor operations performance
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to develop and implement operational improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration and reporting
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
- Experience in agriculture, chemical industry, or related sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Operations Management, or related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Khatima and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
