Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to supervise and mentor team members effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis to support decision-making
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
- Experience in delivering operational excellence and process optimization
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications
- Prior experience in management or a similar role, preferably in the consumer services sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
