Role Description
The Assistant Manager will manage daily operational activities, streamline processes, and ensure team performance to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include planning and executing team projects, supervising staff, analyzing workflow, and delivering reports to senior management. Additionally, the role may involve implementing process improvements, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region.
Drive sales of Combine Harvesters & Rice Transplanters
• Develop and strengthen dealer network & business growth
• Plan and execute field activities in coordination with Service & Product Development teams
• Generate leads and ensure strong follow-up with channel partners (BDC)
• Support and motivate dealer teams through effective communication and leadership
• Initiate and manage promotional and demand generation activities
Qualifications
Any Dipl
oma / Any Degree • Minimu
m 6+ years of experience in relevant product and sales background • Strong
knowledge of agri-machinery industry
Key Skil
ls Required:
Management & Leadership: Team coordination, project management, and ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to improve processes and efficiency
Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in operational tools and data analysis platforms
Additional Strengths: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and exposure to agriculture, construction, or automotive sectors is an added advantage
