Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure efficient and safe execution of marine and logistics services. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, working closely with clients and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will take part in process optimization and contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of the services provided by the company.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in operations planning, project execution, and resource management
- Knowledge of marine logistics, dredging support, and coastal towage operations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and operational compliance in the marine sector
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the marine or logistics industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities
