Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at ECE Solar, based in the Greater Nagpur Area. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating with internal teams, managing timelines, ensuring quality assurance, and optimizing processes. The role includes ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining strong client relations, and contributing to the company’s objectives in renewable energy projects and product development. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the management team to drive innovation, meet key performance indicators, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company protocols.

  • Proficiency in project management and process optimization
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Sound knowledge of renewable energy, particularly solar technology
  • Proficiency with business management and operational tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks and regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the solar energy industry is preferred but not mandatory
