Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising team members, and ensuring high levels of efficiency in the workplace. Key tasks include monitoring performance metrics, coordinating between teams to meet organizational goals, addressing operational challenges, and driving process improvements. The Assistant Manager will also help maintain quality standards, oversee workplace compliance, and contribute to building strategies to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

- Proficiency in using technology tools and platforms relevant to logistics and operations management.
- Relevant work experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
