Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Davaindia Generic Pharmacy is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager oversees daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, store upkeep, and adherence to company standards. This role supports the Store Manager in supervising staff, managing work schedules, providing on-the-job guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager assists with sales targets, monitors key performance indicators, and implements promotional activities to drive revenue and customer engagement. The role also involves ensuring compliance with pharmacy protocols, safety and hygiene guidelines, and company policies, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal teams for timely product replenishment.
