Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, based in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will oversee chiller sales, interaction with contractors, dealers and end users, ensuring efficiency and implementing best practices to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include sales of chiller, generating revenue and meeting targets, monitoring project timelines, and reporting on key operational metrics. The role requires strong team leadership, effective communication, and consistent adherence to quality guidelines and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee workflows, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Suggest product range to customers based on requirements (BOQ, heat load, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and present data-driven insights.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- co-ordinate with service engineers for installation and commission
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar leadership, chiller sales role.
