Role Description
The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage production schedules, ensure product quality Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Umargam.
CUNIMET Alloys Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and result-driven professional for the role of Assistant GM / Operations Manager in the pipe fittings / copper alloy industry.
🔧 Key Requirements:• 2–5 years of experience in pipe fittings / copper alloy / manufacturing industry• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and shop floor operations• Good leadership and team handling skills• Basic understanding of client coordination and dispatch planning.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day production and operations• Ensure quality standards and on-time delivery• Coordinate with production, QC, and dispatch teams• Improve efficiency and reduce operational costs• Handle basic client/vendor communication.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage production schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Proficiency in supply chain management, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Knowledge of metallurgical principles, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage teams, motivate employees, and foster a positive work environment.
- Analytical skills to evaluate operational processes and implement efficiency improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration and client interactions.
- Proven ability to maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field; relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
