Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager position located in Nainital. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include staff supervision, inventory management, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and implementing promotional activities. The role also involves analyzing sales data, handling customer queries, and collaborating with the management team to enhance overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team management, leadership, and employee motivation
- Experience in inventory management, sales analysis, and performance tracking
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and retail operations
- Experience in promotions, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in the retail industry, especially in fashion, is a plus
