Senior Automation Engineer – Selenium (Java / Python) – Mumbai
We are building the next‑generation testing platform and need a technical authority who can blend proven automation expertise with AI‑driven innovation.
Mandate skills:
Automation tester having 7+ years of pure experience in automation testing on selenium using Java/Python
Why This Role?
- 7 + years of pure automation testing experience (Selenium)
- Deep hands‑on Java or Python coding – design & maintain robust UI, API & integration frameworks
- AI‑enabled testing – self‑healing locators, AI‑assistants, automated test‑case generation
- Immediate start required (join within 30‑45 days)
Core Responsibilities
Framework & Architecture
- Design, develop & evolve a modular, scalable test‑automation framework (Page‑Object, BDD, etc.)
- Define test‑data, version‑control & branching strategies for multi‑team collaboration
CI/CD & Cloud Execution
- Integrate suites into Jenkins / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps pipelines
- Orchestrate parallel cloud execution & build real‑time reporting dashboards
Functional / Regression Testing
- Own end‑to‑end regression, sanity & API tests across web & mobile
- Create test plans, risk‑based coverage matrices & drive defect triage (JIRA/ALM)
Technical Leadership
- Gatekeeper for code quality – enforce standards & conduct reviews
- Mentor junior engineers, champion testability with development teams
AI Initiatives
- Deploy AI‑driven self‑healing locators & productivity assistants
- Explore AI‑generated test cases from user stories / JIRA tickets
Must‑Have Skills
Technical Behavioral

Education & Location
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Based in Mumbai
