Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Sangli. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring organizational efficiency, and meeting business objectives. Key responsibilities include team management, strategy implementation, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to driving growth and business development.

- Proficiency in Business Operations, Team Management, and Leadership skills
- Strong Organizational, Planning, and Time Management abilities
- Knowledge in Financial Services, Lending Products, and Risk Management
- Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Training of Team Members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in the financial services or NBFC industry is an advantage
