Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Udaipur for the role of Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, assist in team management, and ensure optimal performance in line with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include enhancing customer engagement, meeting assigned targets, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with teams to execute business strategies effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor performance metrics and implement course corrections when required.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient execution of strategies and daily operations.
- Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sectors is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
