Role Description
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Assistant Manager – Supply Department to join Autumn Rooms Technologies in Kochi. The candidate will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the supply team and supporting the company’s expansion across international accommodation markets.
The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team, acquiring new accommodation partners, building strong relationships with landlords and estate agents, and ensuring smooth operational coordination within the department. The role requires strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
This position is best suited for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of responsibilities, and contribute towards strengthening and expanding the company’s accommodation network globally.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience in sales, operations, business development, or property acquisition preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in client, landlord, or vendor relationship management is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates
