Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Nalanda. The Assistant Manager will oversee operational and administrative functions, support project management activities, ensure the timely delivery of project milestones, and liaise with stakeholders to meet quality and compliance requirements. The role also involves preparing and analyzing reports, managing teams, and ensuring organizational policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operations and project management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring project deliverables.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage tasks and documentation effectively.
- Excellent communication and liaison abilities to interact with stakeholders, government agencies, and team members.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and environment-based best practices.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or EPC projects is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with reporting tools and project management software is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Relevant certifications will be a plus.
