Allo Health is scaling fast across India. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who thrives in chaos, moves fast, and takes full ownership of clinic launches end-to-end. If you like execution over slides and outcomes over excuses, read on.
📍 Role: Full-time | On-ground (Bangalore)
✈️ Travel: Heavy, multi-city
6 days work week
What You’ll Own
Clinic Scouting & Closures
- Hunt, evaluate, and finalize shared clinics / hospitals for new launches
- Conduct site visits, feasibility checks, and compliance reviews
- Drive discussions and push closures with speed and urgency
Clinic Launch & GTM Execution
- Own end-to-end launch execution: branding, visibility, readiness
- Execute local GTM activities to ensure strong Day-0 traction
- Coordinate with marketing and ops to make launches loud and effective
On-Ground Operations
- Stabilize newly launched clinics by managing day-to-day ops
- Coordinate doctors, PCCs, vendors, and partners on ground
- Solve real problems, fast, without escalation dependency
Cross-Functional Hustle
- Work closely with Ops, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply & Growth
- Be the single on-ground owner accountable for timelines and outcomes
- Ensure nothing blocks launch or early revenue momentum
Who Should Apply
- Experience in healthcare / clinics / hospitals / diagnostics preferred
- Comfortable living out of a bag and working from the field
- Strong executor who doesn’t wait for instructions
- High bias for action, problem-solving, and ownership
