Role Description
The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, lead process optimization efforts, and drive team performance to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include monitoring team workflows, ensuring operational efficiency, managing projects, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration across departments, reporting to senior management, and delivering on targets in alignment with company objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram, India.

- Experience with operations management, project management, and process optimization.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work across teams effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for decision-making and improving operational efficiency.

- Knowledge of mobility technology or manufacturing industry practices is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on both operational and strategic goals.
