Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Lucknow. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the delivery of high customer service standards, and manage team performance. Key responsibilities include monitoring team targets, coordinating with stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and driving compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to guide and support team members effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Operational management capabilities, including coordination and performance monitoring
- Strategic and analytical thinking to identify and optimize business growth opportunities
- Ability to work in an on-site setup, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism
- Familiarity with or experience in the banking and financial services industry is an advantage
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field preferred
