Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Jaipur. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operational activities, manage team performance, ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards, and coordinate with stakeholders across different functions. The role also involves monitoring project timelines, resolving issues, and contributing to the growth of the organization through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team management, leadership, and problem-solving
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Experience in operations management and process optimization
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and team relations
- Familiarity with the pesticides or agricultural industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Agriculture, or a related field
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and ensure successful project execution
