Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Maharashtra, India. Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and resource coordination skills
- Proficiency in event planning, execution, and logistics management
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with event management tools and software is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field
- Relevant experience in event services or a related industry preferred
