Role Description
The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves overseeing operations, managing logistics activities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. The Assistant Manager will also play a key role in maintaining client relationships, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Analytical reporting and effective team leadership will also be part of day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Logistics expertise, including knowledge of supply chain processes
- Proficiency in Process Improvement and Analytical Reporting
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Leadership and Team Coordination experience
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related domain is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in using relevant logistics software and tools is a plus
