Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Jaipur. We are seeking a high-velocity Assistant Manager to join the Management Consultancy division at A O Mittal & Associates. This role is not for the faint of heart or the "surface-level" thinker. You will work directly under a Partner to dismantle complex business problems and rebuild them into efficient, automated, and compliant powerhouses.
Core Responsibilities
- Execution of Risk-Based Internal Audits: Moving beyond "ticking and tying" to identify actual leakage and process bottlenecks.
- Process Optimization & SOP Creation: Designing blueprints for scalability. If it isn't documented and optimized, it doesn't exist.
- MIS & Dashboarding: Transforming raw data into Data-Driven Insights. You should be able to make numbers tell a story that a CEO can act upon.
- KRA/KPI Frameworks: Designing performance metrics that actually drive behavior, not just fill up spreadsheets.
- Process Automation: Identifying manual redundancies and implementing tech-forward automations to ensure Operational Excellence.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
- The "Why" Specialist: You possess a relentless questioning ability. You don’t accept "that’s how it’s always been done" as an answer.
- Analytical Rigor: You have the logical depth to find the needle in the haystack and the strategic mind to figure out why the needle was there in the first place.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with AI tools, advanced Excel, and visualization software (Power BI/Tableau).
- Research-Oriented: A love for learning and digging deep into new industries and "new-age" business models.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional Designation: Semi Qualified CA/CMA or MBA from a premier institute.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience, preferably in Management Audit, Internal Audit, or Process Consulting (CA firm experience is a plus).
- Communication: Ability to present complex findings to stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
