Assistant Manager - AR RCM Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor RCM operational dashboards to track AR performance and process health.
- Conduct detailed analysis of AR data to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Escalate findings to leadership with clear documentation and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with operations teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports and insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to RCM policies, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within AR and RCM operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management operations, preferably AR-focused.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for effective escalation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with RCM systems and AR workflows.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing, collections, and payer processes.
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Work Week: Monday to Friday
Shift: Night: 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Other Features: Full-time | US calendar applicable
