Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance for an on-site position in Visakhapatnam. In this role, you will oversee quality control processes, develop quality assurance frameworks, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will lead audits, create reports, monitor production quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will assist with the training and mentoring of the quality assurance team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Audits, and Compliance Management
- Strong skills in Process Development, Quality Standards Implementation, and Risk Assessments
- Experience in Data Analysis and Quality Metrics Reporting
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and process optimization skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in quality assurance standards (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, or similar) are a plus
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or industry-specific environments will be advantageous
