📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
👷 Position 1: Assistant Manager – PEB
Experience: 6–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise PEB warehouse construction activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
Plan and monitor project schedules, quality, safety, and productivity.
Review construction drawings and resolve site-level technical issues.
Ensure timely execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Prepare progress reports and coordinate project documentation.
Preferred Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in PEB, industrial, or warehouse construction projects.
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage site execution and project coordination.
👷 Position 2: Site Engineer – PEB
Experience: 2–5 Years (Freshers with relevant internship or project exposure in PEB/Warehouse construction may also be considered.)
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Assist in quantity verification and material management.
Preferred Profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience in PEB, warehouse, or industrial construction projects is preferred.
Knowledge of construction drawings, QA/QC practices, and site coordination.
Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
